Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Administrator to join our team. This hybrid role combines recruitment expertise with HR administration, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding and beyond. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting HR operations, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (80%)
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates, to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Stay updated on best hiring practices and market trends to enhance recruitment efforts.
HR Administration (20%)
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking reviews and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance is an asset.
